How do I book?
Tap Book Now, then send a WhatsApp message with your car model, the service you want, and your preferred date. Once your schedule is confirmed, pay a 50% deposit to secure your slot.
Is a deposit required, and how do I pay?
Yes, every appointment requires a 50% deposit of the total cost. Payment is by bank transfer to a BCA account; we send the account number when confirming via WhatsApp (+62 877 6900 1282).
Can I reschedule?
Yes, with at least 2 days' notice before your appointment.
How long does the work take?
Coating takes 3–4 days, while the Ultimate Car Care package takes about 4–5 hours. We'll share estimates for other services when confirming your booking.
What's the difference between Coating 2L and 3L?
2L means 2 coating layers with 1 free maintenance visit. 3L means 3 layers, a thicker protective coat, and 2 free maintenance visits. Coating+ variants include the interior and engine bay.
What's the difference between Crystal View and Crystal Coating?
Both are glass treatments. Crystal View covers the front windshield or all glass, while Semi Coating and Crystal Coating give longer-lasting glass protection.
Does the Ultimate Car Care promo apply to all cars?
Yes. The Rp 700.000 price applies to all car sizes and there is no promo end date.
Do you offer pickup or home service?
We offer free pickup around Medan city. Sorry, home service is not available at the moment.
Can I just walk in without booking?
We're open every day from 09:00 to 17:00, but work is prioritized for customers with an appointment. We recommend booking first so your slot is secured.
How do I know my car's size?

Can prices change?
Prices on this website follow the price list by car size. In certain cases, such as very dirty paint or interior, the cost may be adjusted after inspection, and we always confirm with you first.
